Admission Terms

• Admission is confirmed only after the registration formalities and applicable fee payment are completed
• Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to batch capacity
• The institute may reschedule or merge batches when minimum enrolment is not met
• Submitted admission details must be accurate; incorrect information may affect certification

Website Usage

• The website is provided for informational and admission purposes only
• Automated scraping, unauthorised access attempts and disruptive activity are prohibited
• Course content, fees, schedules and program structure may be updated without prior notice

Student Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and complete assignments and projects on time
• Respect classroom equipment, computer lab systems and institute property
• Follow the batch schedule communicated by the academic team
• Keep login credentials, study material and project files for personal learning use

Certificates

• Certificates are issued after satisfactory completion of coursework, assessments and projects
• Minimum attendance and assessment criteria apply to every program
• Certificates are issued in the name provided at admission and are non-transferable

Internship Terms

• Internship opportunities are offered to eligible students based on performance and program track
• Internships are training-focused and may be unpaid unless specified in writing
• Interns must follow project timelines, confidentiality expectations and mentor guidance

Intellectual Property

All course material, curriculum structure, slides, project briefs, brand assets, logos and website content are the intellectual property of Algomind Academy. Copying, redistributing, reselling or publicly sharing this material without written permission is not permitted.

Code of Conduct

• Behave respectfully with instructors, staff and fellow students
• Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism and disruptive conduct are not tolerated
• Misuse of lab systems or institute networks may lead to termination of enrolment without refund

Limitation of Liability

Algomind Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or participation in a program. Our total liability in any case is limited to the fee paid for the specific program in question.
