Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration Fee Policy

• The registration fee confirms your seat and is non-refundable
• The registration fee is adjusted against the total program fee on enrolment
• Registration is valid for the batch selected at the time of admission

Course Fee Refund Conditions

• Refund requests raised before the batch start date are eligible for a refund of the course fee, excluding the registration fee
• Requests raised within the first 3 classroom sessions may be considered for a partial refund after deducting sessions attended and material issued
• No refund is applicable after the first 3 sessions or after study material, lab access or certification processing has been provided
• Discounted, scholarship and promotional enrolments are non-refundable
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 10–15 working days

Batch Transfer Policy

• One free batch transfer is allowed per student, subject to seat availability
• Transfer requests should be raised at least 3 days before the intended switch
• Transfers to a higher-fee program require payment of the fee difference

Cancellation Procedure

• Email algomindacademy@gmail.com from your registered email with your name, phone number, program and reason
• Alternatively, submit the request in person at the Indore campus
• Our team acknowledges the request within 2 working days and shares the decision within 7 working days

Exceptional Cases

Genuine medical emergencies, relocation or documented hardship are reviewed case by case. In such situations the institute may offer a batch freeze, a transfer to a later batch, or a partial credit note instead of a cash refund.
