About this role
Algomind Academy is hiring a Java Programming Trainer for our Indore campus. In this role you will focus on Java programming classroom training, working closely with our academic and operations teams to deliver a high-quality, outcome-driven learning experience for our students.
- Deliver structured offline classroom sessions as per the approved curriculum
- Run daily hands-on lab practice and resolve student doubts
- Design assignments, assessments and mentor-reviewed projects
- Track student progress and support slow learners individually
- Keep course content updated with current industry practice
- Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners
- Core Java
- OOP & collections
- JDBC
- Spring Boot basics
- Project mentoring
- Prior teaching, training or mentoring experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable)
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Portfolio, certifications or real project work in the relevant domain
